It's such a subtle skill... and needs to be customized for each submissive. And even then, I'm not sure I could describe the 'how' of it... because I'm reacting on a moment by moment basis to what I detect of the submissive's receptiveness to what I'm saying to her. And I might order her to come that first time after an hour, or I might do it in the middle of the night, or I might do it only after days of conditioning.
