Think of your profile (which you can change as you grow) as a way of starting conversations. You might let people know something that would make them feel comfortable and confident in starting a conversation. "About you": are you nervous about this? Do you check-in daily? Do you think of yourself as "saucy"? Perhaps you talk dirty only in French? "BDSM interests": since you're not yet actively involved in a DS relationship, what sorts of things do you fantasize about? If you're reading high class smut (hmmm... try Anne Rice's The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, are there passages where you find one hand ...uhh, persistently in your lap? As you've read other folks' posts, are there passages where you think, "oh, my goodness"?

I had to giggle at the 'talk dirty only in French' because a friend at work is slowly reteaching me French and got quick frustrated the other day when she realized I knew more cuss and dirty words than not.

Hmmm . . . you might suggest help with variants of "Toi, t’es une belle cochonne!" If you're feeling subbie, "Donner une fessée à moi bébé," A favorite for darkly mumbling, perhaps about a supervisor, "Il est du genre a tirer un coup avex sa soeur sans demander la permission de leur mere." Roughly, "He is the kind of person who would bang his sister without asking their mother’s permission." Perhaps because I took a tremendous hit to the forehead this evening, I find that passage inordinately amusing. The latter, by way of full disclosure, was lifted from Talk Dirty in French.
