sigh...was at work for 13 hours today...le yawn...and my last interview, who I stayed two hours extra for, never showed up. Sometimes, I hate people.

ElectricBadger,sorry to hear about the noshow for the interview,there again in my experience if such a person does not have the consideration to call and
let you know they had car trouble,an illness etc,then perhaps they have well answered the big "is this person worthy of hiring" question itself.

Thanks for the pics here and I especially liked #6!I would take far better care of the yard with help like this.

As for the interview, yeah, definitely makes things plain. It was just annoying as I stayed after until 8 for the interview, as it's a weekend job and the applicant worked days. So I had a 13 hour workday, which is SO not fun.

I think I found the right one, though -- now I just need to get the hiring done.

Glad to hear you found someone for the position, EB. I personally detest when I have to hire someone. grrrr Too much paper work, and having to weed out all the "inadequate" candidates.
