let you know they had car trouble,an illness etc,then perhaps they have well answered the big "is this person worthy of hiring" question itself.

You have the best pics! I know I've said that before, but it bears repeating. Loved everyone of them! Had to lick my lips at the ode to American Gothic one. That appealed for a lot of reasons.

As for the interview, yeah, definitely makes things plain. It was just annoying as I stayed after until 8 for the interview, as it's a weekend job and the applicant worked days. So I had a 13 hour workday, which is SO not fun.

I think I found the right one, though -- now I just need to get the hiring done.
