Interviewing Questions

So, I've been working with a client recently on improving their recruiting process. We've been concentrating on developing interview questions for all sorts of positions. I was getting a little loopy last night and decided to develop a set for Dominants to ask potiential partners.

I'm posting a few that I came up with. Anyone else have some they would like to add?

1) Why are you asking me to Dominate you?
2) Tell me why I should consent to Dominate you?
3) Briefly, summarize your sexual history/experiences for me?
4) What special aspects of your past experiences have prepared you for submitting to me?
5) Why are you leaving your present Dominant? (or, Why did you leave your last Dominant?)
6) What is important to you in a Dominant? What things do you look for in a Dominant?
7) Everyone has strengths & weaknesses. What are yours?
8) What would you say are areas needing improvement?
9) How would your previous Dominant evaluate your performance? What were some of the good points & bad points of your experience?
10) When you have been told, or discovered for yourself, a problem in your performance, what have you typically done? Can you give me an example?
11) What approach do you take in getting your way?
12) Do you have any medical conditions that would preclude you from performing sexually?
13) Do you have any emotional issues that I should know about?
14) What would you say is the most important thing that you are looking for?
15) What were some of the things about your last experience that you found most difficult to do?
16) What kind of things do you feel most confident in doing?
17) How would you describe yourself as a person?
18) What do you think are the most important characteristics & abilities a person must possess to become a successful submissive/slave? How do you rate yourself in these areas?
19) What things give you the greatest satisfaction?
20) What things frustrate you the most? How do you usually cope with them?
21) Tell me about one of your fantasies? Tell me another one.
22) Can you give me examples of previous sexual experiences that you felt were satisfying?
23) In your position as a submissive, how would you define doing a good job? On what basis is your definition determined?
24) What do you like to do best?
25) What do you like to do least?
26) What are your hard limits?
27) Have you been tested for STD’s since your last sexual encounter? How long ago was that?

In my supervisory skills classes, we're told to get past experiences to predict future actions...which would be especially fun in this sort of situation:

"Describe a time your limit was pushed, and how you handled it"
"Tell me about your best sexual experience ever, and your worst; and why"

If you need actual interview questions though, a couple that have worked VERY well for me:

"Describe the best and worst jobs you've ever had, and why": gets people to actually TALK about themselves, first, and it's a good tool to compare those "why's" to the position they want. It also gives a good opportunity to see how the person reacts to past jobs: if they just spout horrid things, they probably won't be happy here, either.

"In your last positions, how have you left your employer better off than when you arrived?": I don't want someone who's just there to maintain...I want a person who's looking to improve things. A good way to test if people are REALLY "proactive, motivated, and show initiative". Sadly few actually ARE.

How long have you been friends with your best friend? Your second best friend?

How active is your social life?

What kinds of hobbies do you have?

What are your educational and career goals? Do you have a five-year (or even a one year) plan?

If you are told to do something which you have a problem with, how do you react?

How do you express disagreement?

Are you litigious?

Have you ever been involved in an abusive relationship? Tell me about those and how they ended.
