    Specific Enema Questions

    Hey everyone!

Alright, so I know this is a gaping hole in my sub experience, but it's just scared me for so long. Anyway, I love, love, love, love anal play. I admit it; I think it's a total turn on. I hate, hate, hate the gross poo mess that goes along with it.

I've been looking into enemas and I've read the threads on the forums here as well as the various enema information pages I found on google. They all, however, seem to say something different, and don't give specifics. Maybe that's because everyone is different, but I'm wondering about your specific experiences with enemas, if you don't mind sharing? *hopeful*

    And some questions:
    1. For straight cleaning back there, what solution is best? Water? Mild soap? (in my research, I've read that water, mild soap, and castille soap are the best - but everything says something else!)

    2. For straight cleaning again, how long should the enema be held? How many enemas in a row should be given? (Again - one site says 3 minutes is fine. One says 15 minutes or longer. One site says one is enough, one site says you definitely need two...)

    3. How bad is the cramping, really? I'm not a pain slut and this is really what's scaring me about trying one.

    4. How long will it take to be back to normal? (Everything I've read seems to say that after an enema, the person will have to evacuate more than once... Is this something that I should have the whole day available for? Will I be pooping liquid poop for hours?)

    5. How long do the 'benefits' last? If I want to play anally every day for a week, say, do I have to have an enema every day as well?

Sorry for all the questions; I promise, I did research before I asked these, it's just that everyone is giving different opinions, so now I'm casting the net wider for more opinions to try and get a consensus out of this. Thank you all!

Thanks for the questions, last! I've never dealt with an enema, so I can't help you on the specifics, but how I deal with the mess is to use a condom whenever we do anal. It provides a bit more slickness for ease, can throw it away once done, and it prevents exchange of fluids (cum can irritate bowels, leading to the runs).

The one question I can attempt an answer for is how often to do one...as long as you're eating normally, you should have a movement every day or so, so I'd expect that yeah, you'd have to do one each day to be clean. I don't know how many hours it would stay empty, probably depends alot on when you last ate and what.

    Hope it helps,

Hi there and I am going to try to answer this based on what I know.

    1. For straight cleaning back there, what solution is best? Water? Mild soap? (in my research, I've read that water, mild soap, and castille soap are the best - but everything says something else!)
If you experiment with different things you are going to find a different experience. Two things to remember, water only can be harmful as it is possible to absorb too much water. use a touch of sea salt or ebson salts (just a little is enough) to balance out how much water your body absorbs. Any play with alcohol has a ton of risks, do a lot of research as the direct absorbs ion can lead to alcohol poisoning in a shockingly fast manner.

    2. For straight cleaning again, how long should the enema be held? How many enemas in a row should be given? (Again - one site says 3 minutes is fine. One says 15 minutes or longer. One site says one is enough, one site says you definitely need two...)
Enemas will strip your insides of any natural mucus coatings and can be irritating to your insides. I would start out with one, see how it feels. I would also suggest a few hours before any play as you will find your anal area sensitive. For a "deep" cleansing well that may take more than one but chances are you really won't need that. Start slow and learn your body and how it feels. Every one is different and its a new thing for you.

    3. How bad is the cramping, really? I'm not a pain slut and this is really what's scaring me about trying one.
Cramping can happen if its too cold or too hot and also if its done too fast. Use body temp fluids for the enema, try to create a relaxing atmosphere as possible and have it administered slowly. Sexually stimulating yourself at the same time also makes a difference. How fast its done and the temperature of the water is the big factors. Listen to your body, relax, and say when as needed until you have a feel for what its like. I know the first time is scary, so treat it as a learning curve. Remember you keep control of how fast, when and how it feels and you will feel a whole lot more comfortable.

    4. How long will it take to be back to normal? (Everything I've read seems to say that after an enema, the person will have to evacuate more than once... Is this something that I should have the whole day available for? Will I be pooping liquid poop for hours?)
I have found that for the most part it is all out pretty much right after. At times there is a lingering urge but I think its due to the unusual strain to push out. There is no normal reason to feel it all day nor liquid poo all day either. I do suggest that you try to move around a bit, stand, bend and so on to help move the enema through you. It should however all come out in a relatively short period of time. Like i said, start small see how it feels and get to know what is going to happen.

    5. How long do the 'benefits' last? If I want to play anally every day for a week, say, do I have to have an enema every day as well?
Lastly, well if you do an enema daily you are not gonna be a happy camper. Your body will not thank you. Don't do it. You are messing with your natural bacteria and so on that populates your intestines as well as moving things through the intestines before they are fully digested and absorbed by your body. The truth is that unless you feel a urge to defaecate your lower intestinal tract right where your anus is, is probably empty of fecal matter. If you do extreme insertions or fisting an enema is needed to avoid mess. If you do not then anal is not likely to be messy. It also helps if your partner is not someone who would make a big deal about anything that happens. After all stuff all washes off and anal play has to come with an assumption that sometimes shit happens (pardon the pun) and it does not mean anyone likes scat. Just that its there, it comes off and so what.

I hope that helps and ask me if you have any questions that I an answer. I also want to remember to say that too many enemas in a row will leave you constipated. Not fun. Take your time learn how you feel and you will be fine. There are a few good sites if you want to message me I will link you.

Yes, the lower part of the passageway there is only full of shit right before your poo (I am using the technical terms here ). So most times it should make for a clean anal experience. In the past I had a girlfriend who loved anal play and anal sex. We did it a lot and I can only remember a couple of times when there was only a little mess.

This has been a good reference site for me and it has many links to others.

Widget, i feel you are on track as well but there is a difference between giving and receiving as well, there is the partner to consider as well. that person and you are with must be on the same level.

I used to receive enimas on a regular basis growing up because my system wasn't working properly, but i do appreciate the doors that have opened in my life since joining here and the experiences in enjoying watching someone recaieve one from me and the close connection that goes with it. Alchohol is a differnt edge to the ones i got as a child but i do wish to experience one at this time of my life. I have learned new things and thoughts since meeting someone who has opened my eyes to things i only had in my past vanilla life. there are many different things that can be used and as far as i am concerned i like to oral annaly after and do like a clean asshole in my mouth, not that anything else turns me off about ass munching a woman. i know whats involved and am willing to forgo the (what most consider) the ugliness of the act, watching, hearing and feeling your partners excitment is a huge turn-on to those that enjoy it. everyone does have their own kink and as such should be respected. I guess in the end its all what you are up too that counts but never be afraid to voice what you want.

Widget: You have given a very explicit explanation and its hard to add onto it...all i was giving was my thoughts and discoveries dealing with it.....i used to just get soap for lubricating the stool coming out.....the feelings of the exit were overwhelming to me and have played anal since then but not much....it did turn me on and i do think of it with mt partner and have done it with her as well. i've tried to make her fel as comfortable as i am with performing it on her as i am with doing it!! does trhis get closer?

    Smile my answer

    1. For straight cleaning back there what solution is best?--plain water is best for this type of play because there is nothing in it that can hurt you or make you sick.

    2. For straight cleaning again, how long should the enema be held?--it should be held for as long as you can hold it in and only one should be giving at a time

    3. How bad is the cramping, really?-- it can be intence especally if you never had one but there is a way to stop the cramping.

    4. How long will it take to be back to normal?--right away but you need to be real carefull not to flood your bowels because then it may take a little longer for you to get back to normal

    5. How long do the 'benefits' last? --- the benfits usually last a day or two so giving your self an ennma everyday is a big no no.

Plain water can be very dangerous. It can pull electrolytes -- mainly sodium -- out of your system, leading to serious imbalances. This can cause the same symptoms as heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Just a tiny touch of castille soap or sea salt can prevent this.

indeed, it is something to be very aware of. People can die if this happens to a dangerously high level.

Some of the symptoms that hyponatremia (low sodium in the blood) can cause:

    1. Anorexia

    2. Nausea and vomiting
    3. Difficulty concentrating
    4. Confusion
    5. Lethargy
    6. Agitation
    7. Headache
    8. Seizures

Even more dangerous, low serum sodium (hyponatremia) can lead to elevated blood levels of potasium (hyperkalemia) which can cause slow/weak heart rate or even cardiac standstill, fatal without immediate intervention.

I wanted to find you a few sites that I thought were really good information. One is a forum site that i can not link you to here the other is not so here it is

    http://www.enematips.com/yourfirenhow.html

Bowel stimulating enemas may consist of water, which works primarily as a mechanical laxative, or they may be made up of water with baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) or water with a mild soap dissolved in it; sodium phosphate solution, which draws additional water from the bloodstream into the colon and increases the effectiveness of the enema, but which can often be rather irritating to the colon, causing intense cramping or "gripping"; or mineral oil, which functions as a lubricant and stool softener, but which often has the side effect of sporadic seepage from the patient's anus which can soil the patient's undergarments for up to 24 hours. Other types of solutions are available as well. In the past, castile soap was a common additive to enemas, but it has largely fallen out of use because of the risk of chemical colitis as well as the ready availability of other enema preparations that are perhaps more effective than soap -- but which are certainly more irritating to colonic tissues. At the opposite end of the spectrum, an isotonic saline solution is the least irritating and has a neutral osmotic pressure, neither leaching electrolytes from the body, as can happen with plain water, nor drawing water into the colon, as with phosphates, nor adding anything to the bloodstream. Thus it can be used when a longer period of retention is desired, such as to soften an impaction.

There is a lot of good information but the best sites are the ones that the information comes from people who play that way. They are out there. I do think that it is key just to go slow and learn how it feels. Everyone is different. I never had much issues with cramping but Masters Lil one had, so just take your time. Again for me how fast you let it come into you made the difference. I did find btw using a vibrator during the enema very very hot.
