Cheap Custom homemade toys?

So last night while my loverly Mistress was at work..I made a toy to surprise her with. I went to the hardwear store...got a 36 inch, 1 inch dowel for 4 bucks. A pair of stainless eyescrews for two bucks...and snuck them home. I drilled a hole slightly smaller than the eyescrews in each end. Then put in the screws.
Tah-Dah...a spreader bar for 6 bucks!
My wife was so pleased with me...she ordered me to wear them for the evening with no pants. ha!
So here I sit on the computer..in my leather chair...legs spread...puss exposed...and no way out! And LOVING every minute of it. I will attach a pic of my bar...but you can use your imagination really.

So any other ideas to please my love and save some dough?

You can make an on-the-cheap arm-sleeve if you have a sleeping bag. Take the carrying case off the sleeping bag, pull it up onto the arms behind, and pull the drawstring tight. Then just use a short piece of rope or the like to secure the wrists. Ta-Da!

for making a bondage horse without lots of skill in leather working or stitching, you can buy a regular wooden saw-horse (or build one if you are handy) and then take a few old throw pillows or an old comforter and bend them over the top, nailing them in place. Glue some foam to the legs or sand the corners if you are worried about splinters from the legs. Then drill/screw some eye bolts near the bases of the legs and up at the top at each end of the saw horse, and you have your very own piece of bondage furniture

Over time if you want to make it prettier, it's not that big a deal to wrap the legs and the crosspiece in foam, and then stitch some covers for it (I suggest something moisture resistant )

If you have a good coffee table that will support the weight of a person, it's practically already a piece of bondage furniture. If it's a coffee table with a lower and upper level, you can drill eye-bolts into the bottom of the lower level to use them for attachment points. If you don't mind people seeing eye bolts in your coffee table you can mount them anywhere of course...but you might not want to answer questions about them to guests who ask while sipping coffee at the table :P

It's also awfully handy to go pick up 40-50' of 3/8" - 5/8" nylon rope. Cut it into various lengths (from say 6' to 18") and tape off the ends with electrical tape. It's a cheap way to really expand your tying options, and leaves you with a variety of useful pre-made pieces that store easily. just be sure not to get rope that is too thin, as the safety hazards increase dramatically as the diameter of the rope decreases (it becomes easier for it to cut in, and less easy to quickly and easily manipulate it.)

If you have solid beams in your ceiling, you can drill eye bolts or hooks into them for suspension. When they aren't in use you can hang plants, mobiles, whatever from them for camouflage. Just remember suspension gets much less safe if a person is fully off the ground. Vertical suspension with feet touching the ground is by far the safest way to start

Bondage gear doesn't have to be expensive if you don't need need everything to be shiny leather and stainless steel.

It fills good to make your own stuff don't it. Just about every thing in my collection I have made myself except for the flogger an a riding crop. I still have alot of stuff yet to make but i'm gettin there.

Converting my coffetable to a "tie down bench" is something I have done a few times though. Need a sturdier one for next time though. 2 of them have broken due to the girl twisted around too much lol. Well worth it though

Actually, all the gear I own (being a poor college student and all) is homemade. With two key rings and some sturdy wire cutters, two dog chains and a luggage lock become fine, sturdy cuffs that double as bracelets when you remove the lock... My favorite invention thus far.

2 dog chains = $2.00
1 luggage lock = $3.00
a night spent cuffed to the headboard = Priceless.

Another nice camouflaging trick for those who might have to worry about vanilla friends and family in their homes and do not have a large/private/secure dungeon or play area:

My wife had a smallish tapestry that she had been wanting to put up, so that made an excellent excuse to mount some solid eyebolts to the wall and mount some hooks to the back of the tapestry. It's a lovely bit of wall decoration, and can be easily taken down to provide nicely anchored bolts for...well, you know.

Between wall tapestries like this, some well placed hanging plants, and a nice solid coffee table/end table a very innocuous looking room can be converted to a nice dungeon space with a relative minimum of fuss

I met a couple, he does some metal work. Described using some diamond plate and heavy long-shanked eyebolts. Place one at each corner of the bed between the matress and the boxspring and you have a way to attach ropes to an otherwise ordinary bed.

Cheap toys takes a creative mind and an open one two. I found a great spreader bar for $10 at wallymart in the car section. It is adjustable to length and has these 2 chrome boxed ring ends on it to hang it in your car but it works well for other things too.

Dog collars and large clips work wonders also you can buy a lot of chain for tethering the dog outside for under $5. A belt can be use for a lot get a long one to wrap around legs or body several times and then buckle it behind her.

For years I had a large plant stand shelves that worked very well as an Aframe when the shelves were taken out

Silk ties, 2 boards a hinge and fence loop and hasp you use a saw to cut out 1, 2 or 3 holes sandpaper down the edges and you have a stock for about $14
actually you can 4 holes and it will hold her wrists and ankles getting that pesky board out of the way of getting to her mouth. flip her over onto her face and the promised lad is right there 2 holes no waiting.
