The warm breath of life, joy in the passion
A gift given and received, beauty in the dawn
Love, I bleed.

The cold hands of darkness caress me, sorrowful pain in the passion
I feel the chill of the coming darkness
Love, I bleed.

Wounds given, wounds received,
Wounds unforgiving, destruction achieved
Love, I bleed.

How do you staunch the flow of blood?
How do you stop the river of tears?
Love, I bleed.

Do you stay in the light, feeling unbearable pain?
Do you seek solace within the darkness, unfeeling peace?
Love, I bleed.

I will always love you, I will always feel you within my soul
I will always feel the joy and the pain
I am crushed
