Is this a forum for submissives only?

I've interpreted this forum as a place where submissives get support from dom and sub alike. Is this wrong? Is this only a place for submissives?

I always took the Couch and alternately the Dungeon to be places where threads directed toward or concerning subs or Dom/mes were posted, but that anyone could post or reply. I may be wrong, but that's been my thought process.

I don't think there are any hard set rules, but I am under the impression this forum is for issues relating to submission, and not just for the use of submissives.

I'm going to assume anything from your lips must be prophecy. If it isn't true now, it will be. I'll go with that and keep spouting my opinions to the unwary.
