Why don't you just use something soft like a bath robe tie, or a couple of neck ties or even some furry handcuffs and give her some incredible oral sex while she is bound, then release her for any "main" event envolving coupling. I think it was Tojo who suggested this: tell her to lie perfectly still while you pleasure her. Of course you will be doing your best to make her squirm or to make noises or wiggle around. Then you tell her that if she continues to move or to make noise you will have to restrain her. And of course she will and so you tie her.
