My name's Cadence :-) I'm 19 and study political science at university. I've been lurking through these forums anonymously since I was about 14 but finally decided I was brave (and legal) enough to make an account. As far as BDSM goes, my experiences with it are limited to the bedroom. Out in the real world I have a rather fiery, somewhat authoritative personality and my boyfriend is more a go-with-the-flow type of guy. There's only two places where this gets turned around and that's in the bedroom and on the dance floor (the parallels between tango and BDSM are sometimes breathtakingly beautiful to me, but that's another discussion for another time). I mostly made an account because of my fascination with human sexuality- it's just really interesting to me the vast array of methods people find for giving and receiving pleasure, as well as just how subjective the path to happiness is. A secondary reason is to learn more about myself in the context of my kinks and preferences, and maybe pick up a trick or two. ;-) At any rate, this seems like a friendly, nonjudgemental environment and I look forward to getting to know you all better.
