Server Downtime

I'm very sorry for the downtime on the server. Some people could not get to bdsmlibrary.com for over 24 hours.

The idiots techs at my hosting company couldn't figure it out and so I finally fixed it myself. I will be changing hosts when it comes time to renew. I can't believe these fucking morons.

it is threads like this that make my day. I woul have to admit, that if I was the owner of a site that was for profit or used as a "SHOWCASE" for my skills I would not use any vulgar language in any public section of the board which this thread is in , and with that being said Tiger and Rabbit are not out to make money from the site(by selling access) and they volenteer their time to adminsiter the site. they have the right to say any thing they want to on the site and or the forums.


I have to say as a Webmaster myself that I know the frustration when you call tech support when the host is down and all you get is an answer if the server is up and running according to my panel, or it shows the site as a blank screen because you did not put the html tag in your .access file, when I don't have access to the .access file. Only the host does not the client.

That is why I run my own webserver/host now.

She probably did. The real question is did I listen to her? As for minding my own language I don't believe I've use any of the foul language I was pointing out that wasn't professional. We don't need pretty language. If we need anything in here it is information, and maybe meaningful comment of a technical nature. I hope these niggling complaints will not discourage Tiger from giving us further updates in which he feels free to tell it like it is, when he has time.
