    Bleeding Roses

    Bleeding Roses

    Bleeding roses gripping
    Beneath the calling
    Almost whispering, humming
    A moment of beauty
A chance of reflection marking it’s place
The rainbow fire lights my way
Past the wailing walls of rejection
    Lack of protection
    Gambling at my chances
    Of making things right
    My whimpering heart
Is the gentle rhythm in my ears
    Covering generated stings
    Sloping through my veins
Again I get flustered, jitters like bugs
Fill me and tighten up the knots
    Dreams of becoming someone new
    Monumental kisses captured
    By slow moving lips
    In a moment of silence
In past memories in my head
Determined to change all that it once was
Chops through the narrow section of my mind
A dim view of life that raised
    Astounding vines
That carried with it, the bleeding roses.

    Lightbulb Striking A Chord

This is a superb poem in that it captures all the elements
of your feelings and creates such visual imagery.

It takes pure heart and personal depth to convey
what a person feels and envisons and express them
    with the written word.

To see the person if only just a bit in how they use
those words is the best gift of all.

    Very well done!!!

It's made up of lonely moments
There was always a moment there when I knew
    You always gave instalments
Always knew u concentrated and grew

    And I believe in reinvention
Do you believe that life is holding the clue
Take away all the lonely moments
Give me full communication with you

Just like you, my F(r)iend, this runs like a shadow, and slips from the grasp, but to me it seems to be about something transient and beautiful but painful and perhaps damaged, just suriviving at great cost against all that threatens it.

Or maybe I am talking bollocks again.
