~Therapist wanders over to annie's palatial desk adjacent to the waiting room and thumbs through annie's chat notes book, finds the page on delia and the use of the word "ma'am" or capitalization, and leaves it open in the middle of annie's desk for her to read~

*Comes back in. Sees the notes on the desk. Goes to close the book but notices first what page it is set to. Grinz really big. Thinks to self "Yes, Ma'am! as i put the book away.*

*Falling off of my chair with a very loud THUD and laughing as I see delia (aka Dr. Screwloose) work in the waiting room then return to her office, thinking that she could use another therapist with the people in here*

*Takes out my copious notes and starts to scan through them…*
