Time for a rant. Why do subs think that a Dom should know exactly what they need. Asked for a fantasy that she would love to experiment with why is the answer either, I am too embarrassed or what ever you want.

I am a Dom with a lot of wonderful ideas and experience but I flunked mind reading 101. Maybe because so many subs are told/conditioned to think that the only wants or needs that matter are the wants and needs of their master's (i.e. "What do you want?" "Whatever would please you, sir."). I see it happening on a ton other threads on this forum (the shaved or not shaved thread is one I'm thinking of this moment- "do you prefer shaved?" "Well, I prefer whatever my master wants me to have"), so why not in real life, too? I dunno...just a thought. Anyway, hope you're well, and thanks again for posting all of your great pics!

Ok, I agree with Phan, but only to a point. I think that there is a fine line between compliance and loss of one self. A sub having the over all "what ever you want Master" mentality is good, as long as it doesn't go so far as they loss what makes them, well, them.

Lets take the Shaved thread. i know that my Pet, she really doesn't care one way or another, so if i want her shaved, fine. I know that there are situations where someone really isn't going to care. But i also know that there is, or should be, a level of respect and submissiveness in the relationship that goes both ways, and that makes sure the sub can get what they need or want to.

And you can still show that you want what your Master wants even when sharing your desires. Ex. "Master, i would love for you to hogtie me tonight, if that to is your wish...." "Master, my fantasy is ___________________, i would do anything for you fulfill this for me...."

Again, just my thoughts....

To those subs that Phantome referrs too, I say that is a cop out, as your Dom/Master has asked you a question and your answer is an evasion. But first another rant, why is it that so many subs think that Doms don't want strong proud slaves. For me a woman that is intelligent is quite the turn on and if she is willing to serve within reasonable limits even better. So many today think that a Dom wants to call all the shots make all the decisions but good lord that is impossible and stifles the subs creativity.

I prefer mine to be willing to be slaves because it requires the intelligent sub to know that I won't more then a do me sub.

A quick rant, subs especially new one why do you fall for so many posers and then when you met a real Dom you expect the worst from him. I personally find it insulting when a sub assumes that I am going to lie to her to get what I want. When you catch a poser in a lie or taking shortcuts then you need to run not walk away.

Real Dom knows that he must live in honesty that his sub to properly trust him has to know that he will always tell her the truth. It frequently isn't the easiest way to get what the Dom wants but it is the right way.

So stop grumping about how hard it is to serve a Dom because they lie and change the rules to fit a moment of time and realize that a Dom, one worth your time and respect, are rare and don't lie or take shortcuts.
