This is what i would suggest...

When having foreplay as you tease her slowly introduce anal play. my advice for dealing with someone that is hesitant is the same as what everyone else is saying. take it slow! build up from fingers and plugs, but always go slow. and if you feel her tensing, don't try to force anything into her. just let her take a deep breath and try to relax again. eventually she will be ready for anal sex.
