Story Updates- Authors Please Read

To all our Authors and Readers-

With Rabbit's passing, story updates must be put on hold for awhile. We ask for your understanding and consideration of our loss as we continue on, as Jim would want us to.

In that frame of mind, we offer this alternative for you. Any author with a story to submit to the Library is invited to post their story in the Sexual Fantasy Section. When you post your story, please include "Story to be Submitted" in your title. That will alert us to which posts are intended for the Library's Story site. And of course, Readers, head on over to that area and indulge. And you'll be able to post your reviews there as well, if one feels inclined (which the Authors will appreciate, I'm sure.)

This is indeed a temporary fix for what will be worked out very soon. Thank you for your patience and assistance. We appreciate your support very much as we work to keep things running smoothly.

I believe I do have the skills to help out here. I am moderator/techie on another web forum of about this activity level, and have handled behind-the-scenes database backups and tweaks on that forum since early '96.

That's a great temporary fix. Would it be too much trouble for someone to post the stories that have been sent in since the last update to the 'Sexual Fantasy Section', now, instead of waiting until a replacement for Rabbit is found and gets up to speed? I am not an expert in this form of communcation but it seems that no stories have been posted to Sexual Fantasy, as yet. I suspect there have been many that have been sent in since the 19th? Perhaps those authors would repost to the Sexual Fantasy area while the site works things out? Until the new person is ready, perhaps someone could do this on a routine basis?

Also, some kind of notice on the main page about Rabbit's passing and the interim changes would be nice since most don't have the passwords or skills to get this deep into the site to get this information?

All I can really say to that is this issue will be addressed as soon as our two Administrators return. Which should be within the week. Now, another of the Super Mods may have other information about this that I am unaware of, so please check back just in case.

And feel free to take a look at the thousands of already posted stories out there, maybe even offer reviews for those authors? I know thay they would appreciate it.

Thanks for the advice but I did that last time. I've read every story I want to except new ones and commented everywhere I want.

The issue is also being addressed by the site owner just as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, Sir Rabbit left some very large shoes to fill. The issues are being worked through and hopefully some new stories will be posted early to mid week next week. As more information comes available we will certainly keep every one updated.
