help with selfbondage

hi all
i enjoy bondage and i have a set of hand cuffs that i can use on myself when im in the mood espeically when i use them with a crotch rope with those knots in the right places

anyway, cuffs are ok, nice and secure but i've always loved the idea of rope

what im trying to ask is this

does anyone know any website with a good "how to" guide for self rope bondage

or

is there any websites that have self bondage devices for sale? maybe some kinda rope cuffs that you can tighten yourself and with a struggle get free from?
