    A Mother's Love

This was a painful poem to put to paper, and it's taken a lot out of me to write it out.

    Maybe I was wrong
    Maybe you were right
    Maybe it doesn't matter
    Please don't start a fight

    Don't push it any further
Just to see where it will go
I'm on the verge of breaking down
    The end so very close

I tried to see the light
I tried to make it good
I died to make you happy
    But you never understood

    A mother's love is special
    Except when tainted with fear
All those years you lost control
My screams you refused to hear

So now you sit and wonder
What could you have done so wrong
The answer you seek within your head
    You've known it all along
The end comes when we no longer talk with ourselves. It is the end of genuine thinking and the beginning of the final loneliness. The remarkable thing is that the cessation of the inner dialogue marks also the end of our concern with the world around us. It is as if we noted the world and think about it only when we have to report it to ourselves.

Tears fall once again when i read these words hun,
this is not how a mother should treat their son.
How can she even think of acting this way,
i pray for her that she will see one day.

The hurt she causes each time she does this,
and will see the love she kills and will miss.
Then it will be her loss with no one to blame,
then your pain she will finally feel the same.

Holds you close being a mom to some,
hoping that some pain i may numb.
Kissing you gentle to let you know,
that other love you very much so.

We may not be your mom but we truly care,
and we feel the pain that you so deeply bare.
i hope you know that hun down deep in your heart,
and we are here for you no matter how far apart.

    hugs snow

Twitch... Very good at conveying your thoughts... Extreamly painful and hard to do sometimes... There is no replacement for a Mom... But remember that there are others who do care, listen and share...

Snow... Excelent... Get's your point across well... Shows your caring and comittment to your friendship clearly...

Thanks to both of you for sharing...
