Dreams you are having suggest to me that you have some emptinesses that need filling and that your sexuality seems to be threatening to you as much as it is titillating to you as much as it is making you wet it is also something you have been taught is wrong/sick/whatever other term you want to use. It is none of these. Yes, you could allow things to go too far and that would be all of those things. But certainly you can continue to read and masturbate if that is what happens to turn you on and help you sleep and so forth. My guess is that what would help you most would be two things - not in any special order. 1 - to get hooked up with somebody in a relationship where you are allowed to be honest and where somebody you can trust implicitly is into some of the lifestyle too. 2- find a group, online or in person (the latter might work better but is understandably a little more difficult to find and a little more risky) of other subs and other fantacizers and let it out. yes, let it out in the open. girl, come out of your closet with people who can accept it - but no do not try to come out to people who would be aghast.

Yes, nothing wrong with fantasies being dangerous and kind of creepy and lustful at the same time. It's an outlet of your imagination, your inner self in a way, and not wishes that you'd really intend to come true. Just like Arria I feel very turned on sometimes by the thought of being tortured and mutilated, being made to dance for a brutal interrogator, shipped off to a slave market, flogged and sold, forced to rank public humiliation...

i have to agree.. i am not so much into the death aspect but the torture in my fantasies are totally cruel and prolonged over time to the point i am sure the victim wishes they were dead... i would never want half of it done to me in R/L...

and like you i will not share most of them but you are not sick having them..
