There are two rules you must follow

1. NEVER INJURE YOURSELF OR ANYONE ELSE

I will give you commands that cause discomfort or pain but I will never give you a command that causes injury
If I give you a command that you think will cause injury DO NOT DO IT!
If you do not know the difference between pain and injury let me know
I am sure several members on this site will be glad to explain it to you
If you ever break this rule I will end our relationship immediately

2. Never Ever Lie to me!
I will give you commands that only you can complete
Do not tell me you have completed the command if you haven't done so
I will issue new punishment fo you
BUT NEVER LIE TO ME!

If these are acceptable write me on this thread and I will give you your first command

If I suspect you have lied I will give you commands that will make you regret ever lying to me
