    hey folks, Ma'am is having me get my nipples peirced this weekend, i'm soo excited!!!!
    but i just wanted to ask everybody if they have any tips/tricks, i.e. "don't wear a sweater after!" anything like that.

    Keep it clean, or a possible infection could be locked inside, as it closes outside in. Remember to turn the ring when you clean, so you get it all inside.

    Instructions I had with mine.
