Yes serrated aligator clamps are not a good idea. They could break the skin and lead to tetnis. Try explaining that to your doctor while he is giving you a tetnis shot in your nipple. ouch!

Well, for me it's not about being comfortable. Just the level of pain I can endure. Some days I can take more than others so the adjustable clamps are better for me. A matter of personal preference.
