Do you believe in instant karma? I found today that I do, when I do anything that I am ashamed of it is hard to look at myself in the mirror in the morning and that sleep which is never easy for me becomes impossible.

I also learned over the years that when you wrong someone to either apologize and make what ever amends you can or move on when it was accidental and leave the guilt in the past.
