Warbaby...according to the rules, once you are in the room...if you wish to speak to someone privately... you are to ask first...i.e. "May I talk to you in private" or "may i speak to you alone a moment" or something just as inane.

Some people just private without asking first...you will see it and the person you address will see it in the room...no one else will. The person you have asked may or may not respond...if they don't...well..guess a smart guy like you knows what that means...~smiles~

Um, some people feel that even the initial request must be made in public. I don't, but some take the rule literally, including the first inquiry. So you might get rebuffed for "privating" without asking first. Don't worry about it though... just so you know....
