Oh yeah, that's a well known one, to be ordered to stay in a position without using physical restraints.

One of my favourites is to ask her to just sit still for me, & not say anything.
That is all the more powerful for the fact that she's doing it of her own free will- what I call the essence of D/s.

Really it's just an extension of the usual- we don't do anything to anyone against their will (do we now kiddies??) so instead of saying 'turn around so I can tie your wrists together' why not say 'sit still with your hands on your thighs & don't move until I say so'

We're limited only by our imaginations.
