The crosses themselves. All the parts were purchased from Home Despot: Flush Rings over routered indentations for a nice sleek look, a pair of 2"x6"x8' boards for the struts (heavily sanded, stained, and poly'd), and four carraige bolts with T-nuts to hold it together (these are easily removable for storage). The overlap was routered away, again for a smooth facade. When the second pad is added, it will use longer bolts that project from the front of the cross into another set of T-nuts on the back of a padded board, so it'll still be collapsable.
