My rant came from mentoring a new subbie that fell into the trap of a poser, abuser. I hate that it happens so often that it seems each sub has a tale today of abuse. My god, without a sub what is a Dom.

Mack, I recommend you study 3 words and base your life and Domiance on them. These words work for both the sub and the Dom and in my opinion are the basis for a happy relationship.

Respect, Honor, and Pride.

If you are not filled with these about the life and yourself and also your sub then there is a major problem. Your sub should have those for you also and it is your job to install them in her. She has to feel that she has all of them for herself.
