i actually checked this out for my pie eater #2. She wanted to try it. Sooo being a good mom *laffs* i asked around. i didn't want to see her hurt.

What i was told was...make sure they wore gloves and fingernails are clipped short. Lots and lots and lots of lube. If you think you have enough...use MORE!

Go slow..take your time. (took them over 30 minutes.)

i do know her uterus is tipped and she does kegals all the time. She says she is very tight.

For her...it was awesome. Yes painful to do, not as bad as child birth though. Everything returned to normal very soon.
