I tried it in IE same thing, no forum jump on that page. Here are the screen captures using both IE and Mozilla.

Hahaha, I notice that my IE is running in a different time zone for some reason. I probably forgot to set the correct zone in it. I never use it except for comparing pages like this.

EDIT:
Rabbit, I looked at the pages code also and I don't see it there either. But if others have it great, I can just use the TOP link in the corner which is all I really need.
