I've seen that kind of hook before in some videos (with consensual actors who were clearly happy about the scenario); my bet is they are not really manufactured on a line basis. Unless you can make a special order it would be easier and cheaper to get some sort of used hook from a (second-hand?) hardware store or something and adapt it for your needs.
