I think at this moment the baby is the real victim now. The baby has become a pawn in the game of who gets the inheritance from her first husband. Ironically while that is still in litigation, the stepson of Howard Marshall who was fighting her in court is also dead.

It is one of the saddest things I have seen this year and I hope that her daughter gets to be with someone that will protect her from all the fallout from this.
