I agree with your point Wolfscout,The sad thing to me is all the time wasted in passing a bill through a state assembly or legislature,then once signed into law the tax money wasted on defending such a law in the various courts in the states concerned.I have no doubt that the sponsors of such bills as this sex toy law,upon passage ,use this passage as a reelection feather in their cap in their home district ,appealing to the conservative element in such a district.Meanwhile that state's far larger problems often go largely unsolved as little of substance gets through the legislature .Ok so the prisons are overcrowded and schools are crumbling from disrepair,but no matter our town is safe from sex toys!
