Hello to all,

I'm a 25 yr. old female sub from Chicago. Currently, however, I'm spending some time in the southern U.S. for vet school. (I just don't understand why they can't have a school, cow pastures and all, in the middle of a larger city) Of course the south's not all bad...at least they have good tea down here.

Anyway, I've played around with bdsm for as long as I can remember. At age 11, a girlfriend/classmate and I used to play "slaves" after school and my life just got kinkier from there. In my later teens when I started dating, none of my relationships were truly S/m but they weren't really vanilla either. They were kind-of in that "in between" stage where handcuffs, ice, and spanking is okay but we still would have had no clue how to tie good knots or use a cane.

I've been actively involved in bdsm for about three years now, both r/t and online, and am currently an owned slave (have been for a bit over a year now). I'm pretty assertive and in control of my career and daily life so the D/s relationship is wonderful for me as far as letting go and just trusting. I'm also an incorrigible little pain slut that loves humiliation and the surprises that good doms provide to keep me alert and on my toes.

I discovered this website over this past summer and spent my first couple months just reading stories. Then about a month ago I decided to visit the dungeon and explore ST since I was back at school and long-distance with my dom (who also lives in Chicago). Luckily for both of us, we are comfortable with a semi-open relationship since I think we might go crazy having to wait for school breaks in order to play. I also started reading these forums about a month ago but it's taken me some time to start posting. (I think partly because you guys are a lot of fun to hear from and I figured once I started posting that I wouldn't stop.) I guess I'm just too opinionated though because my desire to throw in my two cents on occasion has gotten the best of me. (And besides, at some point I think I need to wander down towards Lord Mobius' dungeon and see how easy it is for a sweet, innocent girl like myself to get abducted!)

So that's more about me than anyone probably wanted to know...but, hey, what are intro threads for if not to chatter?
