There has to be some common cause. I wish I could find it. Installing IE 7 sure didn't help.

and you would think the Forum God would know ----Have you tried turning off your fire wall and trying it?----if it works without your fire wall on then it is a security setting it the firewall

Yes I have tried that and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Just leave the site or sometimes it times out when I am reading a lengthy post. I can try logging out and see if that makes a difference. I'll report back when I try it.

OK I logged out and then came back so I'll try Alt S and see. Nope still doesn't work.

are you pressing the + also ---you have to hit the alt and the plus and the S
