Hello isbn1115 and welcome to forums, and yes, as far as I can see you have jumped through all the hoops you need to jump through to be a fully paid up member - and with an ID like that, we could hardly refuse you admittance to a library.

I would just add to the advice which you have been given above, when you log on, click the 'remember me' option to save your ID/password - unless this is not possible. If you are still having trouble getting into that chat room do ask - there has to be a solution to it - is just a case of finding it.
