The handcuffs/bj idea - I've actually been doing that - not with actual hardware, just clasping my hands behind my back while.. hmmm.. servicing him. Gets him (and me) going every time. Also - he's getting more aggressive sexually and beginning to share some fantasies of his own, so I have lots of hope for the future.
