A White callor means no sexual contact of any kind. They don't mind paddling or a light whipping but don't want to be indulged sexually.

Yellow Sexual contact but only with the opposite sex

Red No torture but heaver wipping no sex with any one

Properly docile (for the moment at least) after Lord Mobius visit she steps up to the table and ponders the array of collars. Scratching her head she ponders cutting up several of the collars and making a nice striped one.

Finally shrugging she reaches down taking the yellow collar and with some whiteout she "borrowed" from the infirmity she adds white stripes. Holds it out to the Lords.
