    Poetry subforum suggestion

    Suggestion:

A haiku subforum in the poetry section?

Not much for poetry, at least writing it, but I do prefer the more structured forms when I do crank out a verse, so I could go with a haiku subforum. The down side of ir is that I could see that leading to other subforums for all the differant types of poetry. hmmm, jsut thinking.

I dunno about a subforum...but we can always just start a special thread in the erotic or nonerotic poetry section if you guys want. Don't expect to see me post much in there...I can't write haiku to save me; at least not if I stick to the really rigid rules for it.

I think ^firefly^'s idea of a thread is a great one.

Ditto - a thread sounds like the best way to handle it - thanks everyone!

I agree with you, but firefly's suggestion of a dedicated thread would not be a problem, and if it really took off then that would demonstrate the long term need for a subforum.
