I found a great job today and maybe when I can afford to be without income for a month I will take it.

I am going back on a second interview tomorrow with another company.

Thanks for the advice guys, I knew my work was laid out for me when I took her on. She is well worth it if I can just keep some of my sanity.

RESPECT:

The term is widely over used today, mostly being used as a claim that others should hold you in respect, I.E. he disrespected me. Respect is something that has to be earned over and over again. If you don’t respect anyone or anything then you do not understand respect, it has to be given to be received.
I respect my slave morgan very much for her intelligence, wisdom, compassion, and many other worthy attributes. I could not own and love a slave that I did not hold in great respect.
Respect comes from the amount of Honor you live by. People sense the honesty and commitment that you live by and either finds you worthy of respect or not. Respect does not come from the way you handle a whip but the way you handle and deal with people. Many people think that trust is a major component of the Life; I though believe it to be a by-product of Honor and Respect. Can you truly trust someone that you don’t respect? I don’t think so.
I begin any relationship showing the other person the same respect that I feel I deserve from a vanilla person. The other person can earn more respect from me but also can lose it by their action. I rarely listen to others about the character of anyone, because their interaction with me and mine is the only measure that I trust, due to not knowing what happened that caused their opinion.
If you are unreliable, sloppy in your conduct with others how much respect will you earn? Say what you mean and do what say. When you disagree with anyone do it politely and respect his or her opinion.
