Who Is The Real Dream Dominant

Many submissives dream of a Dominate that will find them, whisk them off to sub-space and allow them to live a life of luxury. I suppose there are some out there, a Dominant’s personality is normally necessary to run a successful a successful business, but after hours it becomes hard to find the energy to stay in that level of control for the private life. If all the submissive is looking for is bound sex then she may find that person.

If on the other hand the sub/slave wants a more complete relationship, beyond just the bedroom play, then the search becomes very different. The Dominant she seeks is probably one that is considered laid-back intelligent, and aware. These traits show the restraint necessary to be in control of another.

A friend (male, unwilling American submissive) when finding out that I am a Dom asked how could that be. He said I was too calm, cool and laid-back to be a Dom. He had the vanilla world concept of a Dom, you know angry, violent and uncaring. I explained that when everything goes wrong and people are panicked then look for the person that everyone looks to for help and guidance that is the Dom. I explained that a Dom is one that has to be in control of himself by training and disposition.

I am certainly not a dream Dom since I have my own issues that I battle with but I am a lot closer to it then most. My world revolves around my lady, my task is simple, help her grow strong and gain stability. My pleasure comes from making her happy to be mine. I think that is what most sub/slave want in a Dom even if they don’t know it.
