FROM THE LOG BOOK OF DEE

Mobius had contacted me about noon regarding a 'pony girl', needing some practical first aid, needing someone to talk it out with, and somebody who could be a friend. I got A to come with me; she's developed some practical skills herself, and is my aide in all but title. We spend a lot of time working together.

Entering a part of the dungeon we'd never seen, I was surprised to see stalls, like in a horse barn. The facility was as clean as it could be; almost sterile. We walked untill we found the young lady needing assistance, a surprisingly pretty girl.

"Hi, sweetie," I said. "I'm Dee, and I'll be your medical help as long as you're here. I'm going to give you a quick examination, then we can go to lunch,OK? This auburn-haired beauty is A, and she's my helper. She is also a real nice person to chat with and an outsiding listener. I'm sorry, sweetie, but we haven't been told your name. What is your name, dear?"

"I have no name, Ma'am. I was told by my former owner that I was subhuman and did not deserve a name."

"Well, honey, that is just garbage. Now you are a beautiful woman, and appear so far to be in good shape. Your tack is inscribed with the name, "truckinnhorsin", but that isn't a fit name for a pretty girl. What was your name before you became a Pony?"

The girl broke down. "I c-can't remember, Ma'am. I've only lived to work and be a slave. Just 'hey, you', or Bitch."

"That's enough crying, girl," A said as she held the girl to her chest. "What do you think about 'Kinn'?"

"Ma'am, A-Ma'am, could I be called 'Mary'? I really like that name."

A looked at Dee, and both nodded. "Mary it is! A great choice, Mary. Now if you'll come with me for a while, we're going to take you for a quick physical exam, give you a little shot to make sure you stay healthy, then we can grab some lunch. Sound good?"

"Let's see; you're Dee, you're A, and I'm Mary! Let's go!" Dee was surprised to hear such energy in her voice, as her condition on arrival was so poor. It seemed as though the rising spirits were all based on having a name.

All three women worked their way to the medical office. There was major tissue damage history on her back; many long-term scars. Rectal damage was heavy; no doubt done by that tail thing. "I'll have to try to talk this one out of putting back that tail," thought Dee.

"OK, Mary. A's going to take you to lunch, and then take you back to the area you were assigned. I'll be talking to Lord Mobius about your future, Mary.
You relax, though, and enjoy your lunch. Eat hearty, and pay attention to fruits and vegetables; you're a little weak from malnutrition," Dee concluded.

Mary and A left, arm-in-arm, laughing. I picked up the house phone and hit the primary hotline button, to connect me with Mobius. The next steps for that girl needed to be carefully decided upon.
