I found that pic quite some time ago. I think it was either unscathed corpse, or sexoteric. Not sure what one though. A artist has several of those pics. One with an egg piercing, similar to a belly button ring, a few others too. I can't seem to find the link at the moment, but I remember the artist had several of these types of photos.
