Perhaps some soft of constant restraint on your privates Poor Victim? A cage or maybe even some sort of suspension from the ceiling? It could prove a constant reminder that you must perform well. I would also include at least a little light bondage for the hands so it's your tongue that has to do all the work.

These are just suggestions mind you. Your fantasy is already wonderful as is. I know I would just hate to be restrained by a group of beautiful women and forced to service them! Oh, the horror!
