I don't know exactly what I like, but I know that I don't like plastic looking people. I like to see realistic pictures, with real expressions on people's faces, not models who are actually planning their shopping list in their head or people who have had so much surgery you don't know where the plastic stops and the person begins.

If you're looking for someone to take pictures for your website I can point you in the direction of an amateur photographers site. You can locate people by latitude and longitude (a feature I thought was useless until now!) and you can see if anyone would be interested. That way you'd save costs on photos, and you can view their gallery first so you know if they're any good. Just a thought
