My Introduction

I sure can relate to that statement. When I have shared that I have a submissive nature all my life, many who know me professionally or even personally as a mom have commented that I must be confused. *giggles*

I found a wonderful article on Mistress Steeles site in the champer called top space, subbie top space I believe.

In the article it described perfectly the way I have felt. As Chief of Social Work in the Navy I had little if no tolerance for screw offs (screw ups were a large part of the population I served.) At home I am indeed a control freak (well OK I admit I am at work as well.)

However sexually I have been able to be the "top" only briefly, it is NOT something I am into.

Then when I found... hm no that is not how it was, then when i was found by a Dominant that was able to see me for who I am, the potential I had, and make me his, chain me, enslave me, and in doing so free me beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

I found that my lifelong sexual desires ( am only speaking for myself) were indicative of the interpersonal dynamic that would best work for me in a relationship. I found D/s and my life was complete.

I think when we are able to recognize the inner nature versus the required nature of our daily life we find the peace and harmony that is so essential to enjoying our lives .
