I don't think you have been quite specific enough in one or two respects.
For instance the calibre of the rope, the position of the crank( how far back and how high up from the floor; as this will determine at what angle the rope emerges from between her bottom cheeks, are her arms tied and if so in what position?

Assuming a relatively acute angle say 60 degrees, and arms tied behind her back. I would expect that initially she would be lifted off the ground with the entire weight of her still vertical trunk pressing her cunt onto the rope. Then as the rope shortened, rather than the rope sliding through her cunt her lower trunk would be drawn backwards till her trunk was resting at 45 degrees on the top of the rope with her legs dangling straight down on either side, and it would be only the weight of her legs that keep her from twisting round until she hung beneath the rope. then as her hips begin to rise above the level of her shoulders the weight of her trunk begins to drag the coarse rope through the narrow slit, causing her to scream as blood begins to drip from the now red stained rope.Thenas her body becomes more acutely angled against her legs, her balance on top of the rope becomes more tenuous until at a point when her trunk is now stretched arse uppermost at an angle of 60 degrees towards the ceiling suddenly her body starts twist.
