(I work in PhotoShop - I uses all sorts of filters, and then layer on top of layer of different manipulations, burning and erasing and merging parts on top of parts, by the time I am done, I have used maybe 20 or more different layers, to come up with the final product. I think of this sort of like a whittler looks at a piece of wood. I start with something, and I hope to make it something else, but the essence, the word, the figure that I could see there to begin with, must be able to show through as well. I welcome all comments on the art work, and the words, which are my own ----- they just come out as I work on the pictures. The pictures put me in place, and I want to take you there as well, however, if you find yourself in a different place, I would love for you to share that as well, since it is YOUR perception that is ultimately the truth to what you see and feel.)
