Myra transported Jaden to a foggy forest clearing where he was tied to a single tree in the middle of the clearing. Myra was stalking around him, looking him over as he was held immobile by sentient strands of ivy binding him to the tree. Jaden tried to look around and follow the woman's movements, but as if sensing his intent, the ivy grew a tendril that wrapped itself around his head, over his eyes.

She spoke, not in words, but in his mind. You're a new one. I didn't see you here last time I "visited". Jaden protested aloud and Myra snarled. She stepped closer to him, stripped off one of her leather gloves and slapped him across the face with it. Quiet, I don't want to hear your voice, or your thoughts unless you're begging.

The ivy sprouted another tough branch, which it gagged him with as he opened his mouth to say something else. Myra's eyes glowed and she smiled viciously. She was about to try something else when a voice penetrated the misty dream-state, saying "Enough." and repeating and echoing throughout.

Myra jumped away from Jaden as the vision of the forest clearing fragmented and faded back into the dungeon's kitchen. The ivy that held Jaden up shriveled and turned to ashes and he crumpled to the floor, in a daze.

Vaguely, he heard someone screaming in the eating area, people gasping, then growling. The voice that had said 'Enough' had oddly sounded like Jade, thought Jaden. But how had she managed to get into the clearing?

Jade rushed to Jaden and pulled him into her arms. ”Are you all right?”, she fussed as she searched his mind and body for any damage that Myra or Dracubius had caused him.

As she fussed and probed, Jaden felt the fog of confusion leaving his mind. Something about Myra's hold on him had changed, "I'm, I'm alright, I think." he said, sitting up, "But the tag's broken."

"We'll fix it later," promised Jade, patting him on the arm and raising him to his feet. "Can you go to my room and get me the basket that's on the dresser?" When Jaden nodded, she smiled and went back outside to tend to Grandma Ziggy.

Jaden found it with no problem, and brought it back to Jade with a slight smile.
