Hurt my back moving office furniture trying to find out why the all in one printer would not fax. Turns out they advertised one that didn't have the fax but they said it did. Second one slightly different model did but had the old phone port still in it but not connected to anything. I about pulled out hair till I found the new placement of an actual working port. Technooooooooolegy
